2.1 Personal Information
When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, username and password.
- Verification Data: Information required for MERSIS verification.
- Social Media Data: Profile information from your connected social media accounts, subject to your privacy settings on those platforms.
2.2 Usage Data
We collect information about your interactions with our Services:
- IP address, browser type and operating system.
- Pages visited, time spent on pages and other usage statistics.
2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze trends and administer the website. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, although this may affect the functionality of our services.
2.4 Data from Meta Platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp)
Through Meta's official APIs we receive only the following data:
- Instagram account: When you connect your Instagram account and grant permission: username, account type, follower and following counts, your posts and their insights (reach, impressions, engagement, audience information). We use this data to verify your profile, determine campaign eligibility and report campaign performance.
- Instagram messages: Messages you send to the Infrenzy Instagram account, your username and message timestamps.
- WhatsApp messages: When you write to the Infrenzy WhatsApp Business number: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content and attachments, message timestamps and delivery statuses (through the WhatsApp Business Platform).
We use messages only so that our team can reply to you about your campaigns: we match a message to your Infrenzy profile by phone number or Instagram account and show it next to the related campaign information. Message content may be processed by our AI service (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) to suggest draft replies to our team; replies are always sent by our team. We do not sell data received from Meta, do not use it for ad targeting and do not share it with third parties without your permission.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing and Improving Services: We use your information to create and manage your account, personalize your experience and improve our offerings.
- Communication: We may use your information to send updates and marketing communications and to respond to your questions.
- Security and Verification: The information collected is used for account verification, including MERSIS verification, and to protect against unauthorized access and fraud.
- Analytics: We analyze usage data to monitor and improve the performance and usability of our Services.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: With parties that provide services on our behalf, subject to confidentiality agreements.
- Our Infrastructure Providers: The service providers that process data on our behalf are Supabase (database), Vercel (web hosting) and Microsoft Azure (cloud services and AI). These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
- For Legal Reasons: When required by law or to protect our rights, property or safety.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
5. Data Security and Retention
- Security Measures: We use administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal information.
- Data Retention: We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless the law requires a longer retention period.

- Access and Correction: You have the right to access, correct or update your personal information.
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings page. This action cannot be undone and permanently deletes all data associated with your account from our platform.
- Deletion of Meta Data: You can ask us to delete data that reached us through Instagram or WhatsApp, even if you do not have an account, by writing to the email address below; we will complete your request within 30 days.
- Opting Out: You can opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
- Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers.
