Data subject application form under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data
Under Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may submit requests concerning your personal data to the data controller in writing or by methods specified by the Board. This form has been prepared by Infrenzy / the data controller company to ensure that your application can be assessed in accordance with the required procedure.

Applications are answered as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest. If the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
If your request concerns the Infrenzy platform, website, mobile app, campaign record, user account or specific content, please provide the relevant username, campaign name, date, URL or explanatory reference.
